Following Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) Council approval, the Academy has subscribed to the Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) in its admission process. Thus, with effect from the 2013/2014
admission, candidates who intend to come to the NDA must scale the JAMB UTME examinations before they can be invited to write the NDA Selection (post UTME) examinations and attend the final Armed Forces Selection board interview. This makes admission into NDA the most competitive compared to other universities in Nigeria. Besides meeting the national requirement, NDA hopes by this arrangement, to attract the highest quality entrants for its military and academic programmes.
Presently, candidates applying to NDa for the 65 Regular Course are processing online applications through JAMB in the ongoing exercise. The NDA online sale of forms for post UTME is also ongoing. The Academy will conduct its own examinations and other admission formalities after the candidates scale JAMB.
